As-is purchases

When we agree to purchase property on an as-is basis, this means we are accepting the property in its current condition. However, we reserve the right to conduct due diligence including property inspections, title searches, and lien reviews. If our due diligence reveals material conditions not disclosed or known at the time of offer, we reserve the right to adjust our offer or withdraw.

Creative financing transactions

Wholesale assignments

In some transactions, Create Away Home Solutions may act as a wholesaler and assign the purchase contract to a third-party buyer. We will disclose our role as a wholesale buyer when applicable. You have the right to know whether we intend to assign your contract before signing.

If your property is facing foreclosure, tax deed sale, or other time-sensitive legal action, we will work to assist you within the available timeframe. However, we make no guarantees that any solution can be implemented before a scheduled sale date. Time-sensitive situations require immediate action and we encourage you to contact us as early as possible. We also encourage you to consult with a foreclosure defense attorney regarding your rights.

You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Create Away Holdings LLC.
